Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE for all orders within the UK.
We ship anywhere within the UK via Royal Mail First Class Recorded mail, which means you will receive your delivery within 1-2 days.
If you would like your UK delivery to be guaranteed next working day by 1pm, please click here to purchase the additional postage.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship anywhere in the world via Airsure. There are additional postage costs for Europe, the rest of the world and Australia and New Zealand.
If you wish your glass jar gifts to be delivered outside the UK, simply add the relevant postage charge to your shopping basket by clicking the links below.
How do I track a package?
You will receive an email following payment receipt, at the time of shipment confirming your tracking number.

Glass Jar Gifts accepts the payment methods below. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Refunds
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted in an unused condition if received back at Glass Jar Gifts within 7 days of shipment date. You will be offered store credit or a refund, less the shipment cost. Please contact us if you have a returns request.
I received the wrong product
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 business hours (3 days) of receiving the product.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s)
How do I cancel my order?
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer able to be cancelled. The order cannot be cancelled online. This is because we authorise the transaction for payment at checkout and that requires the order to become locked. Please submit any cancellation via email to Glass Jar Gifts on email address: ![]()
Email cancellations to Glass Jar Gifts must contain the following: First name, last name, item(s) ordered and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Since payment is authorised at checkout you are not able to change quantities or cancel an item online. Please follow the instructions for cancelling an order above to change an item from your order.

Out Of Stock Policy
Not in stock
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
